This is my proposal for The M&F Group Flag, The Symbol is a combination Compass rose (The international symbol of Cartography) and Sheet Bend (The international symbol of Vexillology)

The Color symbolism
Green = The Land
Blue = The Sea
White = The Sky
Red = Passion
